Kate Bird
A true West Chester native, Kate prides herself on knowing the area inside out. After a brief hiatus from West Chester to attend Hofstra University and a short stay in Phoenixville, Kate and her husband bought her childhood home in West Chester where they are now raising their two children.
Kate’s dream of joining a real estate team like the Gary Mercer Team began when she purchased her first home 10 years ago and played a very hands-on role in the process. Kate has always been the go-to advisor for her friends and family for any big purchases due to her research ability and extensive sales experience in Financial Services. With a team like Gary Mercer’s behind her, she is excited to bring that passion and experience to her real estate profession.
Although Kate enjoys traveling including her frequent visits to Avalon, NJ, she can honestly say that home is her favorite place to be and wants her clients to feel the same way about their home. Kate’s desire to help people, excellent communication, and over 30 years of experience living in the area make her a great resource for all your real estate needs!
