Site agents are highly experienced in new construction sales. Accountable to the Sales Manager, site agents communicate and documents all notes and activity through Commissions Inc., a client relationship management system.
These Sales Agents answer phone/text/internet inquiries from 8am-8pm in addition to 24 hour text responses. They are responsible for scheduling appointments for site agents and nurturing long-term prospects.
These teams provide administrative support on all aspects of the sales process.
