Mike Flatley

Mike Flatley joined The Gary Mercer Team as an agent in December of 2022. He has over a decade of experience in real estate development working in a Vice President role with American Land Development focusing on the acquisition and planning for masterplan communities across the country. Additionally, he has deep experience in hospitality, customer service and management through his position as Vice President of the London Bridge Resort which is located in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Prior, Mike was a GM for a golf club based out of Limerick, PA. In 2011, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from West Chester University where he played on the golf team for all four years. Outside of work, Mike continues to pursue his passion for golf by playing in local competitive amateur tournaments throughout each year. Additionally, he is heavily involved in local service opportunities, regularly helping to organize and promote events to support his local community. In his free time, Mike loves to exercise, travel and spend time with his family and friends.
