Nicole Courtney
Nicole has both lived in and invested in homes in Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties. This has given her a tremendous knowledge of the local area both from a home ownership perspective as well as an investor approach. Nicole graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from West Chester University and a master’s degree in Sports Management from Neumann University. She always says, "I went from rehabbing athletes to rehabbing houses!" Real estate is her passion, and she has personally purchased, renovated, and sold many of her own properties. With her experience in renovating and staging homes, she now takes her real estate expertise to another level by helping sellers use simple cost-effective strategies to sell their home for top dollar. On the flip side, she helps buyers find their dream home without over-spending, while offering tips on how to customize their new home on any budget. Nicole is an avid cross-fitter and currently lives in Downingtown with her husband and two beautiful daughters, McKenna and Kinsley.
