Daniel A. McIntosh, Jr. is a second generation Realtor celebrating 30 years in the Real Estate industry. Dan's father was a real estate broker and developer who is responsible for Dan's passion for the real estate industry. His father's untimely passing in 1984 spurred a young 17 year old son to follow in his father's footsteps and pursue Real Estate as a full time occupation. Dan has sold over 1000 homes in the Greater Philadelphia region in his real estate career. Dan is a Real Estate Broker and has his BS Degree in Real Estate from The Pennsylvania State University, 1988. He has been practicing Real Estate full-time since graduation. Dan has been awarded the 5 Star Real Estate Agent designation 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015, 2017 and has been featured in Philadelphia Magazine as a 5 Star Real Estate Agent. Dan and his team strive to be the best possible Agents for their clients by aggressively marketing their listings, providing exceptional buyer's representation and innovative problem-solving. Dan's passions are his faith, wife, 2 sons and playing bass guitar for the last 20+ years at Church of the Savior in Wayne.
